About This Place

Nestled in the heart of Wrentham, MA, Evviva Trattoria Wrentham offers an authentic Italian dining experience that beautifully bridges the gap between casual comfort and refined elegance. This charming trattoria is a destination where traditional Italian flavors shine through a thoughtfully curated menu that excites every palate.

From the moment you step inside, the inviting aromas of freshly baked garlic rolls and simmering sauces set the stage for a memorable meal. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance—warm and lively yet intimate enough for a special date night or relaxed family dinner. High top tables and a bustling bar create an energetic vibe, while cozy seating options make it easy to settle in and savor the moment.

The menu boasts a variety of Italian classics and innovative dishes that stand out for their freshness and rich flavors. Highlights include the Chicken Marsala, tender and drenched in a luscious mushroom and wine sauce, and the Eggplant Milanese, which offers a delightful crispy texture paired with herbal notes. Seafood lovers will be drawn to the Shrimp and Lobster Fra Diavolo, a sumptuous and spicy dish that tantalizes the senses with its perfect balance of heat and sweetness.

Pizza aficionados won’t be disappointed with options like the Carne Pizza and the classic Margarita Pizza, each boasting hand-tossed crusts kissed by the woodstone oven’s smoky embrace. For those wanting to indulge in shareable starters, the Chef's Arancini Whim and Woodstone Wings deliver bold flavors and satisfying bites.

On the sweeter side, the dessert menu is an absolute treat. The Tiramisu is a luscious layering of espresso-soaked ladyfingers and creamy mascarpone, crowned with a dusting of cocoa powder that melts on the tongue. For a gluten-free delight, Annie’s Flourless Brownie Sundae pairs rich, fudgy brownie with velvety vanilla ice cream and candied walnuts, creating a symphony of textures and tastes.

Patrons have praised Evviva Trattoria not only for its food but also its attentive service and friendly atmosphere. Shannon Weir raved about a spectacular lunch experience complete with top-notch service and ambiance, while Amanda Joly highlighted the warm welcome and fresh, delicious dishes enjoyed during a special anniversary dinner. Connor Dustin appreciated the establishment’s vibe and tasty drinks, notably recommending the inventive Blue Eyed Honey. Bella Teebagy called it an ideal spot for both family outings and date nights, commending diverse menu items like mussels, arancini, and the parm sandwich. Even with minor quibbles about small drink garnishes, Alan Dagesse found the flavors and service "really great," underscoring the approachable yet elevated nature of the experience.

Whether you’re craving a comforting plate of Chicken Alfredo Pasta, the vibrant notes of the Falafel Salad, or finishing with a decadent slice of Lemoncello Mousse Cake, Evviva Trattoria Wrentham promises a heartfelt Italian journey that resonates long after the last bite. It’s more than a meal—it’s a celebration of flavor, warmth, and genuine hospitality that will beckon you back time and time again.

We went here for our anniversary dinner and couldn't be more happy. When we walked in we were greeted warmly by the hostess and taken to a table. The server asked if we had been before and was friendly and efficient. I ordered the walk in the garden cocktail and had the shrimp and scallop risotto. My husband ordered ravioli. Everything was so delicious and fresh. The portions were average but more on the generous side. You could tell that the ingredients were good quality. While eating, Michelle came to check on us and she was the real MVP. She was so personable and friendly and made the experience so much more elevated. We felt welcomed and cared for. I will definitely be back, mostly from the amazing service.

The atmosphere is great, the sounds and smells of the food are really cool. The food itself is extremely tasty and fair priced. The drinks are very delicious. I'm only in town a week but I think I'll visit this establishment a couple more times before I leave. The drink I had was the Blue eyed honey. I 100% recommend.

The perfect spot for the family or date night. Its a mix of fancy while also being laid back. This is a dated review and I only say this because I've been since, and some of these food items no longer exist on the menu. Overall, the food is amazing. From the muscles, arancini and even the parm sandwich, it's all really good and I will be returning (which I clearly did). Absolutely loved the Prickly Pear cocktail (which no longer exists...heart breaking because it was sooo good). Interestingly enough, my favorite dish isn't even on the menu- they have such a good pesto but no spaghetti option with it so I end up creating my own secret menu dish every time by getting pesto with angel hair and chicken.. literally chef's kiss. Also, our server was wonderful and super friendly.

Had lunch here, food was really great. Service was good as well. Much more casual atmosphere than we were expecting with majority high top tables, large bar, and minimal booths. Small complaint about the drink I ordered it didn’t meet the description perfectly…said it came with a grilled orange slice and the orange slice wasn’t grilled. Small potatoes but for 13$/drink would have been nice. All in all great spot for casual delicious Italian food.

I like this place. There is a good variety of dishes to try and not too overwhelming. We have been here multiple times and good experiences each time. Everyone liked their meals. Seems more modern than other local places. The space is open and inviting. A lot of people but doesn’t get so load that you can’t hear someone in front of you. Good variety of seating styles too. Staff are attentive and likable.

Andrew D was my server and was absolutely wonderful — friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out just right without ever feeling rushed or overbearing. They checked in at the perfect times and were genuinely pleasant to talk to. It’s rare to find someone who balances professionalism with such an easygoing attitude, but they nailed it. They really made the meal that much better.
